Hardware orders — Jarvis Home Hub and Voice Mic Add-on ship within 3–5 business days of order confirmation via tracked courier. Orders over $200 (including the Starter Bundle) qualify for free shipping; smaller hardware orders carry a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Digital products — Jarvis Core License and Pro Subscription are delivered instantly by activation key. No physical shipment required.
Returns & Refunds
Hardware — Jarvis Home Hub and Voice Mic Add-on carry a 30-day money-back guarantee from delivery date, provided the item is returned in original packaging.
Jarvis Core License — Non-refundable once the activation key has been used.
Pro Subscription — Cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. Future billing stops immediately upon cancellation.
Warranty
All Jarvis hardware includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failure under normal use.
Not covered: accidental damage and unauthorised modifications.
